The First Step is Now.

Getting started is simple. We’ve designed a clear, streamlined process to get you from booking your first visit to building a personalized plan that helps you move, perform, and feel your best.

STEP 1:

Book Your First Appointment

To start, schedule your initial visit online as a new patient. This longer, dedicated session allows us the time to discuss your goals, history, and health needs.

Please note: our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments.

STEP 2:

Get a Comprehensive Assessment

At your first appointment, you’ll complete a full assessment with Dr. Riddle. Together, you’ll discuss findings, identify areas of concern, and create a custom treatment plan designed to restore and optimize your performance.

STEP 3:

Continue Care

with a Solid Plan

After the initial assessment, you'll have a map to increased wellness and performacne, and can conveniently book follow-up sessions online. These additional visits build on your progress, and help you return to peak condition.

HAVE QUESTIONS? WE HAVE ANSWERS.

Frequently Asked Questions

From the treatments we offer to to insurance info, we’ve gathered the most common questions from our patients and answered them below. Explore our FAQs to learn more about how we can help you get back to doing what you love.

Do you accept insurance?

Although we do not take insurance in the traditional sense, you have the opportunity to submit your expenses via a SuperBill to your insurance carrier (which we outline in the SuperBill section below).

The reason we choose to not work with insurance in a traditional way is because we want to be the ones deciding patient care, NOT the insurance company. We found that far too often insurance coverage was preventing patients from getting the type of care we felt they deserved~world class care where any and all treatment options can be used when indicated. Therefore, patients are asked to pay the fee for their treatment at the time the service is provided.  HSA and FSA payment is also accepted.

What is a superbill?

A SuperBill is a detailed receipt of your treatment we can provide you at each appointment.  You are able to submit this SuperBill for consideration by your insurance carrier. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be reimbursed by your insurance carrier. You may also be eligible to have it applied to any deductible you may have. This all depends on your insurance policy and what is included for chiropractic care.

How much should I expect to pay for treatment?

Fees for our service depend on what level of care is required.  However, all of our prices are available by clicking any of the “Book Appointment” buttons.  No surprise bills ever!

How many visits will I need?

The length of each visit is dependent upon the level of treatment that you need. Visits requiring treatment and exercise range from 30-60 minutes, but you will be advised by our doctors prior to each visit. Our wellness visits typically last approximately 15-minutes and focus on adjustments and soft tissue therapy, not therapeutic exercise.

As far as the number of treatments, we are committed to providing the best and most efficient care possible. We want to help you get back to 100% as quickly as possible. NO EXPENSIVE, LONG-TERM PLANS!

What is the difference between the type of treatments on the appointment page?

Patients experiencing significant levels of pain, injury or musculoskeletal problems usually require more attention and treatment to get past their current complaints. These visits include all treatment that our doctors deem necessary to assist you; including but not limited to chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue, biomechanical taping, dry needling, etc.  These visits can last 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the level of treatment you need, as determined by your New Patient Examination.

Our wellness visits are typically reserved for patients that aren’t really having any pain, but would like to have a checkup, basic soft tissue and chiropractic manipulation.

A general rule of thumb is that if you have pain or an injury, you will need a 30- or 60-minute visit.  Patients without pain can utilize our wellness treatments after the initial new patient examination.
